Born in Ukraine, I began my journey in sports at the age of four with artistic gymnastics. At ten, I transitioned to diving, where I trained with elite athletes and earned the prestigious title of Master of Sport. Competing at both national and international levels.
For the past 24 years, I have been living in Ireland, where I continue to train and coach, helping individuals improve their physical well-being, build strength, and unlock their full potential. My deep-rooted passion for movement, performance, and personal growth extends beyond traditional sports. Embracing my competitive nature, I have also stepped into the world of bodybuilding, constantly pushing my own limits and proving that with the right mindset, anything is achievable.
I firmly believe that an active lifestyle, combined with a mindful approach to nutrition and training, is the key to long-term success—both physically and mentally. My mission is to inspire and empower others to embrace their own fitness journey, no matter their starting point, and to show that with determination and the right guidance, every goal is within reach.


My Journey
My path in fitness began with competitive sports, where I discovered the profound connection between physical training and human potential.
